Mr. M. B. Mallikarjuna is a seasoned industrialist with over two decades of experience across manufacturing, engineering, and agri-commodities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, and is a native of Shimoga, Karnataka, where he was born and raised in an agriculturally rooted family environment. He currently serves as the Chairman and Director of Naetek Ferrocastings Private Limited, headquartered at the Machenahalli Industrial Area, Shimoga. Founded in 2008, Naetek Ferrocastings is a well-established foundry specializing in the manufacture and export of ductile iron and alloy cast iron engineering castings. The company supplies precision-engineered components to leading earth-moving and construction equipment manufacturers, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and long-term customer partnerships in domestic and international markets. In addition to his leadership in manufacturing, Mr. Mallikarjuna is a Partner at Sri Gajanana Arecanut Traders, based at the APMC Yard, Shimoga, where he is actively involved in arecanut trading. This venture reflects his continued engagement with the agri-commodities sector and his commitment to strengthening regional agricultural trade ecosystems. Mr. Mallikarjuna is known for his disciplined leadership style, operational rigor, and long-term value creation mindset, blending engineering expertise with grounded business acumen. He is married to Mrs. Seema Mallikarjuna (B.Sc.), and they have two children—Ms. Sanjana Moodbagil Mallikarjuna (B.E.) and Mr. Dheemanth Moodbagil Mallikarjuna (B.E.).
